How does it all work?
1. Enquire and Vibe Check
Slide into my inbox and I’ll confirm I’m available for your date. From there, we can jump on a quick video call to make sure we’re a good fit.
Or… if you already feel like I’m your kind of person, we can lock it in straight away.
2. Lock it in
To secure your date, I’ll send through a service agreement and deposit invoice. Once that’s sorted, I’m officially yours (well… for celebrant duties at least).
3. Spill the good stuff
I’ll send you a questionnaire to get all the juicy details — your story, your people, how you met, what you love about each other. This becomes one of the key ingredients for creating your ceremony.
4. NOIM & get to know you
We’ll meet (in person or via video call) to complete your Notice of Intended Marriage.
Because I already know a bit about you by this point, we can dive straight into the good chats, refining your ceremony vibe, talking through ideas, and getting excited about what we’re creating together.
5. Ceremony Creation
I take everything you’ve shared and craft your ceremony from scratch. You’ll get a draft to review, tweak, and make sure it feels just right. Nothing generic, nothing cookie-cutter - just a ceremony that tells your story with humour, heart and that reflects who you are as a couple.
I’ll also help with vows, readings, and anything else you need along the way.
6. Rehearsal (optional but recommended)
We’ll run through everything so you know exactly what’s happening on the day — where to stand, when to move, what to say (and what not to stress about).
This can be at your venue if available, or somewhere casual like a park or backyard.
7. The big day!
You show up, look incredible, and soak it all in — I’ve got the rest covered.
I’ll guide you through the ceremony, keep things calm and relaxed, and make sure it all runs smoothly (with just the right mix of heartfelt and fun).
8. The legal stuff (post wedding)
I’ll lodge all your paperwork with Births, Deaths and Marriages so your marriage is officially registered.
I’ll also send you info on ordering your official certificate and (if needed) changing your name.
